Fred Shuchart, conservative Republican candidate for the 215th State District Court, announced the filing of over 70 pages of Judicial petitions that contained over 600 signatures.

“I am happy to say we were second in line on Saturday at the Republican Party Headquarters to file our paperwork to appear on the ballot in March,” said Shuchart.

The filing period for the March Primary election opened Saturday, November 14th and will last until 6:00PM on Monday, December 14th. In lieu of a filing fee judicial candidates can file by petition if they gather 500 or more verified registered voter signatures.

“Turning in the pages of signatures was a major milestone for my campaign. It was the culmination of weeks of talking with voters and gaining their support for the bench. I look forward to victory not just in March, but in November too,” Shuchart concluded.
